This is a site I built based off some old modules that were customized by a previous developer that wasn't able to finish the job. The site is live and has several memberships on it.
The basic concept of the site is that users create accounts and upload text and images that will be texted to interested prospects who drive by their properties and text a keyword to a number.
Potential customers will then receive the pictures and text they have uploaded. Customers can also go on the website from home to get even more information. Realtors will buy an account and will be billed every month for their membership (this is automated).
This site has a payment gateway integrated through PayPal, and limits users to a certain number of listings depending on their membership level. Users are also able to call in for a custom membership level and can create an administrator inputted number of listings.
