We are a small company based in Colorado Springs that specializes in developing Drupal websites. We don't do design work, but do convert PSDs to Drupal templates. Most of our work consists of building sites using Drupal and third party modules, with 2-5 completely custom modules per site we build. We're a bit overloaded with everything we're working on right now, and we're looking to hire competent help as soon as we can
Position Title: Web Programmer
Location: Eastern Colorado preferred, but not required
Position Summary:
This Programmer will be developing primarily Drupal sites, with some custom and other open source support/work as well.
Responsibilities:
- Develop PHP scripts of varying complexity
- Convert image designs to cross browser compliant XHTML and CSS
- Write custom Drupal modules (that take full advantage of Drupal's hooks)
Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of PHP (4 and 5), MySQL, XHTML, CSS
- Work well in team environment, without much supervision
- Self-motivated
- Cursory knowledge of JavaScript and Ajax
- Familiarity with Drupal theme system and jQuery
- Familiarity with major Drupal modules
- Custom module programming for Drupal
- Knowledge of Drupal 6
- Knowledge of Drupal module development and Drupal hooks/helper functions
- Own a computer capable of development (OS X 10.5 preferred)
- 40 hours a week
